     TEN SLEEP     --- Funeral services were held Thursday at the Ten Sleep Methodist church for Leslie Guy Kirkpatrick, 45, who was found dead in the Ten Sleep creek last Sunday night after having gone there on a fishing trip.  Burial was in the Ten Sleep Cemetery.

     Kirkpatrick was born Aug. 9, 1916 at Hyattville, son of Bassie A. and Zora Norris Kirkpatrick.  He attended grade school in Hyattville and graduated from Ten Sleep high school in 1935.

     He had lived in Laramie  and Walden, Colo., for several years returning to Ten Sleep in 1958.  He married Denamae Beardsley, Dec. 9, 1959.

     Besides his widow and parents, he is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Vernal Lopp of Laramie, Dorothy Sue Kirkpatrick of Worland; one brother, Albert C. Kirkpatrick of Basin; two sisters, Mrs. Ira (Evelyn) Ilg of Otto, Mrs. Edward (Winifred) Allen of Long Beach, Calif., and two grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Eileen, and one brother, Alton Kirkpatrick;

     Rev. Bart M. Lockwood officiated at the funeral services.  Special musical selections were rendered by the church choir and Dan Morris, Mrs. Frank Davis accompanied the musical selections and played the prelude.
