Victoria Jean Locke, age 64, of Sheridan
Wyoming, formerly of Ten Sleep and Worland,
passed away from complications of a stroke at the Sheridan Manor in Sheridan, WY
on February 23, 2014 while surrounded by her loving family.
Victoria was born on February 9, 1950 in Worland, Wyoming
to Samuel & Marcella (Wells) Dellos. She
was the youngest of four children, brother Sammie and sisters
Gloria and Jan. Vicki graduated from High School in Ten Sleep in 1968,
after also attending one year of High School at Mt.
Eillis Academy in Bozeman,
She was a member of the Seventh-day
in Worland. Many years ago she worked as a telephone operator for the
Worland Answering Service, as well as for the hospital in Thermopolis as a
nurseís aid, the Rams Horn Cafť and Washakie Works for a short time. She
also worked for a green house in Worland, which she enjoyed very much because
of her love for gardening. Other hobbies included cooking, sewing, music and
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel & Marcella Dellos of Ten Sleep, brother, Samuel Lee Dellos of Ten Sleep, who was killed in Vietnam.
She is survived by three children and six grandchildren. Daughter: Holli Lyman (Mark) Prociv and
their children Hannah, Samuel and Grace Prociv of Billings, son: Jeffery (Nicole) Lyman and their children
Bradley and Carson
Lyman of Ten Sleep, and son: Kirk Smiley (Jennifer Frank) & their son, Zane
& Jenniferís two sonís Cole and Kyler of
Sheridan. Two sisters: Gloria (Edward) Skworch
of Ten Sleep, and Janice & (Larry) Warner of Worland. Survivors also
include her nieces and nephews, Heidi (Bruce) Snider of Worland, Tammy Warner
(Steve Burnach) of California, Tracy (Scott) Wagner
of Washington, Howard (Tanja) Hartung
of Indiana, Michele (George) Rentas of Indiana and
Mike Skworch of Chicago. She also leaves behind many
other relatives & numerous friends including a very special friend Cindy
Rowland, who will miss her very much.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the United
Methodist Church in Ten Sleep with Pastor Regan Scherencel
of the Seventh-day Adventist Church officiating. Burial will follow at the Ten
Sleep Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Mount
