     HYATTVILLE --- Funeral services for Kathryn Elizabeth Weintz, 88, of Hyattville will be at the United Methodist Church in Hyattville with the Rev. Sara Power officiating.  Burial will follow at the Ten Sleep Cemetery. 
     Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the services.
     Kathryn died Saturday, November 9, 2002 at the Bonnie Bluejacket Memorial Nursing Home between Basin and Greybull.
     Kathryn was born May 12, 1914 in Hyattville, the eldest daughter of John Conrad and Lucy (Pritchard) Noll.  She attended school in Durkee and Gebo, graduating from Gebo in 1931, spending summers on Paint Rock Creek.  In 1931, Kathryn went to work for Mrs. Denton in Worland.
     On Oct. 3, 1934, she married John Mercer Weintz in Red Lodge, Mont.  They made their home on the Paint Rock Creek near Hyattville.  She was the bookkeeper and co-owner in their stock contracting business, Weintz Rodeo Productions.  They contracted the stock for RCA  rodeos in the Montana towns of Hardin and Livingston, in Gordon, Nebraska and the Wyoming towns of Cody, Thermopolis, Basin, Casper and Sheridan.  They trailed the bucking bulls and horses to these rodeos until trucking became an option.
     She was an active member of Ten Sleep VFW.  She served as secretary on the Hyattville Water Board.  She enjoyed playing bridge and was an avid gardener.
     She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, John Conrad Noll, Jr.; and her husband, Johnny in 1979.
     Kathryn is survived by one daughter, Jo Reilly of Riverton; three grandchildren, J. C. Reilly of Riverton, Aletha (Jack) Garson of Laramie and Amy (Robert) Strauch; one great-granddaughter, Kylie Elizabeth Strauch of Stigler, Okla.; and a sister-in-law, Eunice Noll of Redding, Calif.
     Memorials may be made at Pinnacle Bank, 644 Big Horn Avenue, Worland, Wyoming, 82401 with proceeds going to macular degenerative eye research.
