     BURLINGTON --- Emily Ethel Williams, 70, died Tuesday, February 16, 1999 at the West Park Hospital in Cody.
     She was born on Jan. 29, 1929 in Worland, the daughter of Melvin and Amanda (Rogers) Castor.  She received her schooling at Hot Springs, S.D.
     She married Jack W. Williams on March 27, 1972 at Elko, Nev.
     She liked to fish and hunt and loved the outdoors.  She was a swell mother and an understanding person.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, William.
     She is survived by her husband, Jack Williams of Burlington; four children, Danny Williams of  Allerton, Iowa; Jackie Williams of Bismarck, N.D.; Belinda Williams of Powell; and Terry Williams of Sacramento, Calif.; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, June Vermon of North Pole, Alaska.
     Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 at the United Methodist Church in Ten Sleep, with Rev. Russ Barber officiating.  Burial will follow at the Ten Sleep Cemetery.
     Visitations will be held Friday, Feb. 19 at the Atwood Family Chapel in Basin from 7 to 8 p.m.
     Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation in care of Security State Bank in Basin.
